Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve time just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, please be respectful of my time and other clients by providing at least 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellation (less than 24 notice): You will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
• No-Show (failure to arrive without notice): You will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
